Do you bring parts to repair the product on the first visit?
Our goal is to repair the product in one visit.
Our technicians do carry a wide variety of parts on their vehicle. We try our very best to have what we need on hand however this depends on multiple factors, e.g. availability of parts and having the complete information about the appliance prior to servicing.
Where do you service?
Appliance Pro’s appliance repair teams cover all of Buncombe and Henderson Counties.
How much does it cost to send a technician out?
We do NOT do free estimates.
If you have any questions regarding what you will be charged, or how your warranty will be filed, please ask these questions BEFORE the technician is dispatched to your home.
For products out of warranty, we require a $105 dispatching fee for us to come out and properly DIAGNOSE your appliance problem. The cost of the actual repair will be discussed with you once the technician determines the problem and the cost of repairing it. If you choose to have the appliance repaired, the $105 WILL be applied toward the total cost. If a part needs to be ordered, and we have to return to your home, we do not charge a second diagnosis fee.
The diagnosis fee is valid for 30 DAYS ONLY. If you decide not to repair it at first, but call us back after 30 days, you will be charged a second diagnosis fee unless other arrangements are made with management.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a discount for seniors (65+) and any Active or Retired Military Personnel of 10%.
What payment do you accept?
PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. Sorry, we do not invoice.
We accept Cash, Good Check, Visa, or MasterCard.
You MUST have valid PROOF OF PURCHASE in order for us to file your claim if your unit is under warranty. If you cannot provide a PROOF OF PURCHASE, you WILL be charged for the service as your warranty provider will not cover the unit without a proof of purchase.
Can the technician inspect multiple products during their visit?
Yes, Appliance Pro technicians can inspect and diagnose an additional product in your home.
Appliance Pro service technicians are factory trained and certified in all major appliance brands and categories. Our repair technicians complete ongoing training to stay up to date on all new product introductions as well. Please let the customer service team know about all product issues when booking the service appointment.
Can you give me an estimate for service over the phone when I call in?
Due to complex nature of some repairs, we will not be able to quote you an estimated repair price until the diagnosing trip has been completed.
