    What your Appliance Technician DOES NOT want you to know! So you have an appliance that is giving you fits. You don’t know what’s wrong with it, you’ve put up with it long enough, so you call a repair service (hopefully APPLIANCE PRO) to come out and fix it. The guy shows up to your door, he’s nice and sweet, and handsome to boot, but he spends 10 minutes in your home, 5 of which is him waiting for you to hesitantly write your check for $140, and he leaves. The machine works just great, and he was only there 10 minutes! You’re thinking to yourself that you sure wished you could make that kind of money, right? Well, we may not be able to tell you how to make that money, but we just may be able to tell you how to SAVE it. See, here’s the thing, the technician is not trying to screw you out of your hard earned money, but it costs a lot for him to come out to your home. He has to pay for insurance (WoW! You do NOT want to know the cost of that...

You cannot honestly expect to call and be rude and belligerent and think we will cave to your demands. If you want to call and be respectful and act like an adult, we can work things out. If you call and cuss and scream and yell like a spoiled, entitled adolescent, we don't need your drama or your business. Simple as that. If we mess up, we will make it right. But we will NOT stand for our employees being abused by you. Our 4 technicians run 10 calls a day. Average call is 30 mins to 2 hrs, which is an average of 10 hours/day. Now through December is our busy season, and we are booked out several days. We can't help that. We are NOT the cheapest servicer. It is $105 to come to your home and properly diagnose your appliance. That is diagnosis ONLY. Our technicians are trained, and attend several training courses with all manufacturers several times each year. They are all background checked and drug-screened AT LEAST yearly, and randomly as needed and/or as specified by our contracts with manufacturers. We are also fully insured. All of these things cost money, which is reflected in our pricing; however it also ensures that your home and family is safe, and that you are getting the level of service that you expect and deserve, and are paying for. We cannot control parts distributors, and we do NOT order parts on eBay. We use manufacturer specified distributors per our contracts with our manufacturers. How long parts take is completely out of our control. Screaming and throwing temper tantrums will not make your parts come in faster. However, cussing and acting a fool to our office staff will magically get your parts returned, and your business referred to another servicer. Treat us with respect and we will do the same. We are human, as you are, and unless you are Jesus you have also made mistakes. We are not above mistakes, but we will own them and make them right if and when they occur. All we ask is that you deal with us in a respectful manner. It's just that simple.
